Sikkim concrete mixer mishap

In a tragic incident that highlights safety concerns at construction sites, a Guwahati laborer met his untimely death after being struck by a reversing concrete mixer at the Teesta Stage III Hydro Electric Project site in Sikkim.The victim, identified as 28-year-old Bikuram Kuli from Dhemaji district, had just wrapped up a grueling 12-hour night shift when the accident occurred around 4:55 am.
